Visit Don State University

Resonant recently visited the Don State Technical University (DSTU) in Rostov on Don in Russia. DSTU has twelve faculties and more than forty specialities of higher professional education, a Gymnasia, Technical Lyceum, College of Economics and Management and Law. There are 6,000 foreign and local students in the University. In DSTU six hundred and fifty lecturers conduct the training process, 65% of which have degrees and academic qualifications, sixty five are Doctors and Professors. The University has seven educational, research and engineering buildings, specialised classes and laboratories. Waste water treatment plant package

Resonant Water (Pty) Ltd has finished its first design of a seven thousand litre per day waste water treatment package. This package will be installed in the Waterberg area. Lodges in the area have had problems with pollution so this package will be of great advantage.

RET appoints new projects director

Mr Jan Moodie has recently been appointed as Projects Director at Resonant Environmental Technologies (Pty) Ltd. Moodie obtained his BSc Eng (Mech) (Rand) and MSc Eng (Mining) (Rand) at Wits and will contribute his experience of more than fifty years in the engineering sector to the Resonant team.
